  • 2.1.1 No keyboard trap: the third-party “Contact us” component opens a modal that remains active even when keyboard navigation moves to underlying content.
  • 3.2.4 Consistent identification: within the third-party “Contact us” component, some interactive elements do not show a hover effect on mouseover (e.g. the Submit button).
  • 3.3.2 Label or Instructions: within the third-party “Contact us” component, there are no clarifications regarding the meaning of the asterisk next to input fields.
